Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
UAE delivery is estimated between 5–7 business days.
Delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return (see full Refund Policy for details).
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

We strive to keep stock information up-to-date, but availability may change at any time.
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a full refund will be issued.
