We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make on Tazzal.ae. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

:white_check_mark: Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The product is not damaged, used, washed, or altered in any way.
The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see exclusions below).

:no_entry_sign: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Personal care products (e.g., grooming tools, beauty items)
Used kitchenware or food-related tools
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or special-order items

:envelope_with_arrow: How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at info@tazzal.ae within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will send return instructions.

:package: Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

:moneybag: Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

:repeat: Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

:warning: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Email info@tazzal.ae within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Attach photos of the damaged or wrong product and packaging.

We’ll resolve it quickly by offering a replacement or refund.
